#GenerasiGigih ‘s Scoreboard Finally Announced

The fourth week has ended. We were finally informed about the points we earned individually. Yup, right! Points. Here, we not only learn, but also collect points to be able to pass to the next stage. We get points by doing assignments, attending classes, being active in class, and others which requires us to be active. The score result I received were not enough to satisfy me, especially considering the small number of participants who were promised to pass to the next stage.

My muted microphone :D

I realized that I was not active enough. In fact, sometimes the microphone image at the bottom left of my screen looks crossed until the class ended. A lot of thoughts in my head asking thousands questions but even a single one won’t come out because I was too shy. I was not confident enough. Of course, I once thought about closing my eyes and giving up on chasing those points. Especially when someone asked about the difficult question. I was too scared to be judged and underestimated that they might think that my question should not been asked as it was too easy, but then I believe that maybe most of the participants also think the same way and being active is actually really important.

Besides the points, do you ever heard that “ It is never too late to study” ?

We may have different backgrounds, but we are here because we have the same opportunity. It shouldn’t be all about points, those material we learned are very important as long as we still dream about our learning path job. People have their own success and it is okay to learn anytime. Although, seeing the instructors made me realize that it is not easy to get the opportunity to be taught directly with great people like those who are already in my dream position. I believe, if I try harder, I can do better and pass.

Congratulations to all my friends who are still here and facing the struggle at this stage, especially to those of you whose names are written on the top scoreboard. Those score were real!! I saw your active in class. You guys are cool. I learned a lot that makes me exited to increase my confidence as you guys did.

For those who felt not too good, that’s okay. Don’t be sad for too long and try to look forward. This result may give us not so good experience that should not be happen again. We should remember that we were passed to this stage and selected between other friends because our confidence to talk. We were struggled and lucky be chosen as one if the second stage participants which shows that we are now given the opportunity to be able to fight once again for the next stage.

Learning together in the #GenerasiGigih program is not a waste at all! So let’s work together for our own success. We have to do our best, right? The rest, let Him arrange with our best prayers. Good luck, friends!
